The Prisoner’s Journey Course is a transformational journey that helps break the cycle of crime.  It is the beginning of restorative justice offering prisoners an opportunity to change how they perceive themselves, others, and God. It engenders the opportunity to experience healing and forgiveness by learning to take responsibility for their decisions. It is adaptable within diverse cultural and religious contexts.

It is on its 4th year in the Philippines in 78 Jails/prisons. It is proven to transform the lives of prisoners, from the inside out, by introducing them to a restorative relationship with the person of Jesus. It is repeatable and is delivered in three phases, namely:

Promotional Phase where each prisoner in Jail is given the opportunity to sign up for an 8 week course, to discover Jesus the prisoner. 

The course is based on the book of MarkIt is highly structured exploration of the person and teachings of Jesus the prisoner. It culminates in a graduation event. 

Discipleship is when graduates of the TPJ Course are invited to continue the journey with Jesus through a discipleship program.  Many of whom testify that they get mentored into Church and community fostering successful reintegration into society.
